About Keystone Off Road Riders

Keystone Off Road Riders, Inc is a non-profit organization of nearly 200 ATV and Motorcycle riders, founded in January 1990. Officially, the club is based in Johnstown, PA., and currently serves riders from Cambria, Blair, Somerset, Indiana and Westmoreland Counties. K.O.R.R. is currently working to develop stronger affiliations with other area clubs. Most notably, we have an Associate Membership agreement with the Three Rivers Competion Riders. We are also heavily involved in Project Ridge Rider, and in the statewide organization, PaOHV.

The following excerpt from our bylaws says best what we're all about;

Article I. Purpose

The purpose of the "Keystone Off-Road Riders" is to stimulate and advance the general welfare and safety of OHV recreation, to serve the interest of OHV owners, to defend such owners against discriminatory legislation, regulations and burdensome taxation, to develop a fraternal spirit among local OHV and other outdoor enthusiasts, to protect the environment, to provide a medium for the exchange of OHV information, to use or lease property for the club events, and to perform all desirable and lawful functions for the successful operation of the club and in the general public interest.

Club meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of every month, in the Richland Fire Hall banquet room, at 7:30 PM.

Club membership is currently $20 per year for singles and $25 per year for families. Membership entitles you to receive a club newsletter and participate in club events and includes membership in PaOHV.
